• When I try to log into my dashboard, I just get a white screen with this message “Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_rtl() in /home/content/73/8705273/html/wp-includes/general-template.php on line 2102”
I cant navigate away from this page other than clicking “back”.
    Any suggestions?

    try:
resetting the plugins folder by using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

    – switching to the default theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

I use godaddy for hosting and I am very sorry but I have no idea what that means to use FTP or file management. I have looked around godaddy but I havent been able to figure it out. Sorry, I am still kind of a newbie at this website stuff.
    Thanks for the reply though.
I will try to get this resolved

I’m currently having the same problem as yours, just updated the new 3.3 version & installed a plugin clickdesk livechat moments ago.

After wp-admin.php, after key-in appropriate details, hit ENTER then the error page showed up, Remote server or file not found.

    Please help us

Don’t highjack another poster’s thread. Please post a new topic.

It seems you have a different problem.
