• API verified via the plugin, but I’m receiving this error message when the FB login button is clicked for commenting:

    {
    “error”: {
    “message”: “Invalid redirect_uri: Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration.”,
    “type”: “OAuthException”,
    “code”: 191
    }
    }

    The URL is http://talkinggrid.com.

    Should I create the app all over again? Is there a step I’m missing somehow? I tried the Super Socializer plugin and the FB button wouldn’t work at all…and the developer never answered my support question. Hopefully there’s an easy fix for this problem.

    I am having the same problem, but your solution has not worked. I have. There is some talk on boards that the Facebook OAuth system may have changed and a code patch is necessary. Is this true? I am a complete novice and am afraid to make all the patches I see.

    Hi,
    If you not found answers on support forums you need to contact their support via email or contact may be it’s included on description or any other tab. sure will be helpful for you.

    I don’t even see WHERE you can change the URL in the app settings. I have http://talkinggrid.com/ set as the URL, but I’m getting this authorization error. Suggesting that I repeat the steps I initially performed is not a sufficient answer. I’m thinking that what MerriSedal mentioned is the actual problem, so I’m thinking this plugin is not going to work no matter what I do.
