Error message- front page in the trash?

    Hi everyone!
    I am getting this message when trying to edit my front page (in ‘Welcome to WordPress!-Next Steps-Edit your front page’): ‘You can’t edit this item because it is in the Trash. Please restore it and try again.’
    Anyone know what’s up with that?
