   Hello, I am getting a parse error message at the bottom of every page where the footer should be appearing. Looks as though there is a problem with the foot.php file. Here is a link to the page

   The error message is at the bottom of the page. Any help with this parse error would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

   Here is what the error message says:
   Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_REQUIRE in /mnt/r0502/d15/s05/b02f71fd/www/dpmediaworks.com/urbanic/wp-content/themes/DynamiX/footer.php on line 1

   The error message says there's a code error in footer.php. Replace it with another copy from your theme. Were you editing the file?

   Thanks songdogtech for your help but I have tried that. I've been getting the error message from the moment I uploaded the theme. I think I'm going to have to contact the creator of the theme.

   Hi dmpereira,

   Post of the contents of footer.php at the WordPress Pastebin and the link to it here.

   I have a sneaking suspicion there is something funky going on in footer.php (such as obfuscated code?)

   I say that because the theme is available for sale at Theme Forest yet in your stylesheet I see the creator being listed as http://designerz-crew.info (they are not the creator of that theme)

   No wonder that theme doesn't work right; it's a premium paid theme stolen and is being resold or given away by designerz-crew.info. Look for a message to that effect in the code.
