    Seems to have happened to a few people. Here is another post about it. Just google the error but here is another thread.

    One thing to do when I have experienced problems like this is navigate to your plugins folder and start by pre-pending the folders inside the plugins with something like _old

    Do this for all the folders inside there and start to bring back one by one and see what might be causing that error to occur. It could be another plugin that just causes issues with next-gen
