   I want to use Facebook Comments for WordPress but when I save the configuration it always keep saying ERROR! Invalid App ID, I created 3 more app, but always say the same.
   Anyone can help me??

   Same here! I got the error on the admin panel, but the plugin seems to work anyway...

   i am having the same problem... i have the Twenty Eleven theme (if that matters) and the plugin keeps telling me

   "ERROR! Invalid application ID. Please double check to make sure it is correct. Note that this is not the same thing as your Facebook user ID"

   what can i do to troubleshoot this??

   i'm getting this error also.. or at least i was getting that error.
   i tried the recommended change ($file_contents -> $file_contents[]) ,
   but that blew up my whole website.. now when i go to my website (http://favepics.com) i get the error: Fatal error: Cannot use [] for reading in /home2/yqhxjobk/public_html/favepics.com/wp-content/plugins/facebook-comments-for-wordpress/facebook-comments-core.php on line 209

   Please advise.
