Error in get_settings()

    Hi,
    I’m trying to install Alex’s style switcher by I got this error:
    Fatal error: Call to undefined function: get_settings() in /usr/local/psa/home/vhosts/ictlogy.net/httpdocs/wp-style-switcher.php on line 19
    It looks like it didn’t find my correct path?
    Where did I go wrong?
