   when i make repair to my database i get this messege

   wp_users: 1 client is using or hasn't closed the table properly
   wp_usermeta: 1 client is using or hasn't closed the table properly
   wp_options: Table is marked as crashed

   how i can fix it ?

   Go in via phpMyAdmin, or some database tool via your webhost and run a 'repair' of your database.

   As the host if you don't know.
