I'm sorry i'm not a professional web developer or programmer...

I really like the Event Calendar plugin, it was something I was really looking for. I have it almost perfect on my webpage, but at the moment I'm facing 2 errors:

    - there is a huge error in the header - I can't figure out why all the "events" appear in the header - please see a screenshot here http://www.niijanaa.net/files/web/whatsthis.jpg
    - the other error is, that there is a really huge (long) search field below any single event page - please see an example here http://www.yks.ee/koolitus/vaarikate-ulikooli-loeng-kommunikatsioonist-nii-ja-naa-kuidas-ja-kust-tekivad-meie-ellu-tahendused/

I would be really thankful to get any help and help me fix these errors...

    Best,
    LeenuS

    Hi LeenuS,

In the first screenshot it looks like it could be a javascript error. I'm not actually seeing this on my end though using Chrome. What browser are you on? Are you seeing this in other browsers too? I would suggest try deactivating all other plugins to see if this helps. That or revert to the Twenty Eleven/Twelve theme to see if it's a conflict with your theme.

Looking at the second screenshot, this is your theme's sidebar appearing. You'll need to hide it by modifying the CSS or editing the template files. Please see our Themer's Guide for more information on making customizations: http://tri.be/support/documentation/events-calendar-themers-guide/

    I hope that helps!

    Hello,

yes, I'm seeing this on all browsers - IE, Firefox, Chrome.. I deactivated all other plugins but this didn't help. Yes, everything was ok with Twenty Twelve, but I wouldn't like to change theme, because web has designed already with the other theme (Blackbird Pro Responsive).

At the moment I'm using Default Events Template... sorry for asking, but how can my theme's sidebar appear then? I tried to change the settings to fullwidth page - I got rid of the wide search field, but the page name of the events list was the name of the first event... Also the error on the calendar view still existed (although it changed its location).

I would be really really thankful to receive some help as I don't know how to fix these problems :(

    Hi LeenuS,

Sorry to hear it's an issue with your theme. You'll need to purchase a Pro license if you want help with these things - http://tri.be/shop/wordpress-events-calendar-pro/. Otherwise, you're on your own. You might want to take a look at our documentation (http://tri.be/support/documentation/) or do some searching around in our forums (http://tri.be/support/forums/)

Sorry I can't offer up more here. Good luck!

    Regards,
    - Jonah

    Hi LeenuS,

Yes, we're not providing support for theme integration/customization/conflicts here. You'll need to purchase a license in order to get support.

    Thanks,
    Jonah

Ok thanks. I just figured out the search field issue. So this one is fixed.

I'll try to figure out the second issue also.

    Thanks,
    LeenuS

Actually not, because the other error is much bigger and I'm not so good at coding.

Just one question - has anyone else faced a similar problem before?

    Hi LeenuS,

Like I said before it looks like a javascript error. I've seen similar issues before, mostly all related to other plugins or the theme you are using. You might try reinstalling our plugin and make sure its the latest version (2.0.11). You might also try updating the theme's version of jQuery to 1.9.

That's about all I can help you with. I hope that helps!
