    The log suggests that the backup is looking for the configuration folder in the wrong place.

    "open_basedir restriction in effect. File(/data/htdocs/w/wp-config.php) is not within the allowed path(s)"

    [ Moderator note: Use the code button and not blockquote. ]

    Same error:

    WARNING: is_file(): open_basedir restriction in effect. File([...]/web7/wp-config.php) is not within the allowed path(s): ([...]/web7/web:[...]/web7/tmp:[...]/[...]/web:
    ...
    )

    The wp-config.php file is searched in the wrong place: home directory instead of site directory.

    Execution time is even higher than before, creates a broken zip (ftp transfer).
    Email notification not working anymore.
