Error: “Found The document has moved here.”

    Whenever I post an entry, create a page, (de)active a plugin, and in some other instances, I have been getting the same page each time:

    Found
    The document has moved here.

    Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

    …with “here” being a link to the same URL that is in my address bar. I get the same message again if I refresh, but hitting the back button and then refreshing shows me that the post/changes/etc that I wanted to make have in fact been made (and if I refresh the error message, entries are actually posted twice).

    Additionally, I believe my visitors also get this message when they post a comment. So I want to fix it, of course, but I have no idea how. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.
