   Help.....site was working fine and now it's saying on "error establishing db connection" when trying to navigate to site and trying to login into WP. It was fine this morning and tried hours later and can't get in. I didn't change anything.

   Is your database up?

   Go in via your control panel on your host's end and see.

   Gosh, it was the host's server. I just thought to call them. I get so stressed on launch date. Thought it was something I did. Thank you so much for responding so quickly!

   i also faced the same problem.after setting up my blog successfully and
   the message that error establishing database connection..
   can't access my cpanel

   i am messed up

   Did you try your hosting company? Maybe it's the server and not you?

   This is similar to a problem I'm having, but oddly enough, my site keeps coming back and then going away again. My host hasn't responded to the help-ticket I've placed.

   It's your host for sure :/ Not much we can do if you have a crummy DB.
