   I got the error all of a sudden. No files were changed and nothing was changed in the dashboard. It was working fine just last night.

   Is this most likely a hosting issue? Or could something else be the culprit?

   Nevermind, this was a Yahoo Small Business Hosting issue. Site is back up now.
