Kind regards

after click wordpress folder, wordpress starting to install. but stuck at database host..
Hi Ardy7201,
Kloxo is a control panel to manage your VPS, I’m pretty sure i wouldn’t come bundled with MySQL (But, I have never used it).
Also your domain name doesn’t appear to be resolving for me.
Kind regards
Jamie
resolving? what do u mean? already check on my domain?
online now? please join remote teamviewer, [Info redacted – we do not provide support that way]
download little file, and enter your name and see my desktop
Hi Ardy7201,
I’m afriad I cannot use Team Viewer to help you diagnose your issues. If you would like to post any updates here i would be happy to help.
Kind regards
Jamie
Ardy, Pipe is totally right: Please don’t post links to files on this forum, especially executable ones. It’s a danger to the rest of the users.
Quick overview on what you need to know about what’s happening:
You don’t have a mysql server on the same server as your web server.
So, you need to login to your VPS control panel, look for a databases option, and create one. On that page (somewhere) it’ll have an IP or hostname. Sometimes it’s a public IP address and domain, sometimes it starts with 10.x.x.x
What ever that is, once you create the database, enter the hostname/IP into your wordpress setup.
