Dude, 7 bumps in under an hour? That's not the way to get help.

    Have you created a network?

im guessing do a painful re-install

  11. Wow.

Yeah, put down the mouse for a second and stop bumping. It doesn't help.

    Did you read this: http://wordpress.org/support/topic/427169?replies=10

i have everything working fine in http://www.swiftresumes.com/mu/ but not in the root

Do you mean you MOVED your install from /mu to root? if so, you'll need to do some serious database search/replacing to find EVERY instance of /mu and get rid of it.

There are reports of similar symptoms here http://mu.wordpress.org/forums/topic/13418, on earlier versions. You're on 3.0, though, but it might give you some ideas of things to check and the sort of info you could provide to make it easier for folk to help you.

Occasionally I have other things to do. :) Still, don't bump please.

If you are moving your install from a folder to the root, you absolutely have to go through the database and change the URLs of all the subsites. Yes. really.
