Error establishing a database connection after 2nd blog install..

    after installing a second blog, which now works, i am getting the error: “Error establishing a database connection…etc etc” on the first blog.

    is this likely that i have managed to overwrite the database of the old blog with the new one?

    any advice on whats gone wrong/what i can do?
