Do you recently update advanced custom fields? I am having the same problem after updating although I am not certain that there is any connection. My host is with GoDaddy.com.

    I can see your site.

Hi. No one else can see my site. I just called GoDaddy.com and they said they are having a nationwide problem...with over 1000 people in the phone queue. So, I guess this is a godaddy problem. Hopefully. I wonder why you can see it? Thanks for the speedy reply. I will mark resolved for now until I hear other from godaddy.

Any chance you can see my site: http://dev.fresnohousing.org

Hopefully it is just GoDaddy and not some other issue..

Nope. Same error. I assume some big style bug has hit Godaddy.

I'm having the same problem - site went down almost an hour ago. I can't get onto my site at all (despite the device used) and can't login to admin. My site is also hosted by GoDaddy....

Getting http 500 errors, "Can't locate server", and "Error establishing a database connection"

Im just glad that I work for InMotion Hosting...... we got hacked a few months back and people were insane...... 100,000s of sites were down and the clients were furious. Shout out the Godaddy employees for dealing with them all. Kill the hacker... lets all go to Brazil.

    http://www.digitalweb.co/ is still down.

Look like only the wordpress sites on Godaddy effected. All other sites (non wordpress) work fine.

    Hello,

I am so excited at the prospect of using Elegant Theme's "Business Card", which is the perfect, simple website design for promoting my small market research business; I am, however, at an impasse, which I fear may prevent me from becoming a customer.

I am attempting to manually, not automatedly (because my free hosting is not eligible for installing WordPress using "GoDaddy Hosting Connection"), install WordPress in the directory called "wordpress" of my Go-Daddy (LINUX) web host account. I downloaded and uploaded WordPress 3.4.2 zip file and then unzipped it using Go Daddy's FTP server. I edited
the "wp-config sample" file to include my SQL Database Name, User Name,
and Password (please see below - shhh it's a secret :)

My domain name is researchresource.biz. (Note: not .com)
    1) Shouldn't WordPress install itself after typing http://www.researchresource.biz/wordpress/wp-admin/install.php ?
    2) Is there an easier-to-manually-install version than WordPress 3.4.2?
    3) Will you quickly check the database server and also the syntax of the username and password in my "wp-config.php" script?

I sincerely appreciate your assistance. Let me know what other information you may need to assist.

    Error establishing a database connection
This either means that the username and password information in your wp-config.php file is incorrect or we can't contact the database server at researchresource.db.9837656.hostedresource.com . This could mean your host's database server is down.
Are you sure you have the correct username and password? Are you sure that you have typed the correct hostname? Are you sure that the database server is running?
If you're unsure what these terms mean you should probably contact your host. If you still need help you can always visit the WordPress Support Forums .

Here's the details of the file named "wp-config.php" edited with my Go-Daddy specifics:
