My site has been running for over a month without issue. I woke up this morning to find "Error establishing a database connection" when trying to comment or login.
Does anyone know what I need to do to fix it?
I read in other post that it may mean the server is down. So I am also sending a note/question to my host to cover all bases.
RESOLVED: As I was getting ready to call the host the site started working again.
A message left by Akismet "detected a problem. A server or network problem prevented Akismet from checking...."
The database was down. It nice the message was left for me. It helps me keep tabs on the ups and downs.
