   can this be a problem in my html . css or more a hosting server issue?

   i just got this error just now too. could this be a WP issue?

   It's more than likely a server issue, unless you've recently changed the core code or your database settings. Try speaking to your hosting provider.

   was having the same problem ..but everything is up and running now. who is hosting your blog? i am using bigdaddy. had a similar problem last week...
