   I am just now upgrading to the newest version of WordPress. I followed all the detailed upgrade unstructions. I got to step 9, where I run the wordpress upgrade program, but when I try to go to domain.com/wp-admin (or any domain.com page) I get:

   Warning: main(/hsphere/local/home/domain.com/wp-config.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /hsphere/local/home/domain.com/wp-load.php on line 27

   Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '/hsphere/local/home/domain.com/wp-config.php' (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php/PEAR:/usr/local/share/pear') in /hsphere/local/home/domain.com/wp-load.php on line 27

   Did I delete something that I was not supposed to? Or not upload everything? Any help with this is very appreciated. Thank you.
