[resolved] Error E00003 or Please complete all required fields. (7 posts)

    Hello all, i not know, where problem, i fill all fields and try update my billing information, but see error E00003 or Please complete all required fields, but when i see my POST date, all fields if fill, in payments i use test card number but error is same

    Thanks for posting.

    I was able to reproduce this error. This fix will be included in the next update. In the meantime, you can update line 276 of preheaders/billing.php like so:

    Let me know if that works for you. What was happening (in my tests) was: The code to update the billing address wasn't always getting the MOST RECENT successful order when processing the update; it might use an old order with an incorrect subscription transaction id. (Especially if you are testing multiple gateways and subscriptions with the same user. In a live environment it was less likely to find the wrong order.) The fix gets the most recent order, which should be aligned with the current subscription for the user.

    strangerstudios, thanks for the answer, but have next problem:

    table: wpv_pmpro_memberships_users and field: enddate, when i try update this field, data is not updated, where problem? i think this also error, because when need update data membership user table - fault

    can check also this moment?

    I didn't understand exactly what you wrote. (Might be a language barrier.) But if you are editing the pmpro_memberships_users table, make sure you are editing the most recent, "active" row to edit the user's current membership.

    i use Paid Memberships Pro Version 1.3.3 and when i add updates, nothing not working with updates, error is same, i now want make updates for new version, my company in current project want use 1.3.3 version

    please check with update data in table database wpv_pmpro_membership_orders and wpv_pmpro_memberships_users - Thanks
