"Error: cookies are blocked" though they are not!

    I installed the WordPress, have the user name and password set,
    and now I want to enter.
    I introduce the user name and password, and it goes on to
    wp-login.php
    and shows a completely blank page.

    If I introduce incorrect password, it shekes it head and says there’re two errors:
    Error: Incorrect password (that’s OK)
    Error: Cookies are not allowed by your browser. (That’s not OK).

    I checked the cookie setting, I reseted the cookie setting to accept them.
    All the other sites do work and create cookies, even the site wordpress.com (with the same login page) has no problems with the cookie – only my newly installed WordPress is unable to create them.

    So, what’s the remedy?
