Error connecting to database everytime a post is published

    I doubt this plugin or any other of the kind is caching a database.
    Timing out could be related to the amount of plugins you are using or if some of them are not fully compatible with WordPress version you’re using.
    But Emre is the expert here, lets see what he says after 15th!

    Hi Guillermo Carvajal, it is about your hosting. Any plugin cannot causes this issue.
