At least something. You have an error in the settings. Duplicate field “email”. Correct it. If you see it logged in as admin, then it’s fine. That lasts more seconds even better.
But if you see it as a visitor, it is a big minus.

For now this is not possible. But that you do not need. Otherwise, just increase your own limitations. Only if you are on a dedicated webhosting, then you have no limit. Limit the number of messages which can be sent in one hour.
So, I think your “problem” is irrelevant. You do not need some sort of counter. The result is a balance in your PayPal account 🙂
