Error after installing add this plugin (Warning: Cannot modify header info)

Holy crap, I somehow resolved it,

Here’s what I did to future Noobs like me.
You will need to FTP and delete that file for whatever your error is, in my case it was the WordPress-facebook-integrate file.

So to FTP you need to know a couple things, first you need to know your account name and your password, if you don’t remember that you can find out through whoever you set up your hosting. Fore example I used godaddy.com

So you go to godaddy.com and go over the green hosting tab then to the right and click hosting management. It will have a popup and scroll down to the wordpress application and click launch. This will bring you to a new page where you will see files/domain/

under files you will see your username and have the option to change your password

Then in filezilla enter your ip address, which can also be found on that page under domain, your user name and password, your port should be 21, hit quickconnect and then find the plugin that is screwing you up,

note that /wordpress/ = a folder, everything in between the / is a folder so keep start at the first folder and keep opening them up until you get to the plugin you want, and delete it!
