    Hi there,

I am a new user and this will be my first WP site - if I can get this fixed!

I've installed the latest WP version onto my remote server. Installation appears to have gone well. However, when I log try to log in to WP, I get the following error message in my browser:

Warning: require_once(/websites/123reg/LinuxPackage21/sy/ne/rg/synergynews.co.uk/public_html/wordpress/admin.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage21/sy/ne/rg/synergynews.co.uk/public_html/wordpress/wp-admin/admin.php on line 12

    Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '/websites/123reg/LinuxPackage21/sy/ne/rg/synergynews.co.uk/public_html/wordpress/admin.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/pear:/usr/share/php') in /websites/123reg/LinuxPackage21/sy/ne/rg/synergynews.co.uk/public_html/wordpress/wp-admin/admin.php on line 12

I have spent sooo long trying to work this out but have to admit defeat.

    Can anybody help me out?

    Thanks

    Hello

    I had a similar problem.
In my case, when I put the address: mydomain/wp-login.php, I have these messages:

Even thus, I get to acess, but so, I have these messages:

    ***

And so, I don't get anything else.

I am also a new user and need help.

    Thank you, Keu

    hello.

I have also a similar problem. and I cannot access my dashboard! What I get is this message:

    Server error
The website encountered an error while retrieving http://www.rcald.org/wp-admin/. It may be down for maintenance or configured incorrectly.
    Here are some suggestions:
    Reload this web page later.
HTTP Error 500 (Internal Server Error): An unexpected condition was encountered while the server was attempting to fulfill the request.

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

@casaapoema check if you have any blank space before <?php
as that has to be on first line if so delete the space and then try.

I ended up deleting wordpress from my remote server and re-installinf from scratch once more. This appeared to work and I can now access my dashboard. All is finally well!

@barats - do you want me to keep this issue open?

@govpatel Hi, I've checked, but there is no empty space, here is my URL: http://www.apoema.art.br/wp-login.php.

    Thank you a lot, Keu
