Error Adding To Salesforce

Plugin was working perfectly and suddenly stopped adding entries to Salesforce. We haven’t made any code modifications. Entries still appear in WordPress, however.
I tried resetting my token; that didn’t work.
The only error that I get is an email message saying “Error Adding To Salesforce”
