   I'm getting a constant 500 error on all public pages for my WP blog except for the homepage (http://www.rluxemburg.com).

   I have reinstalled WP (2.9.2), created a new database, and re-imported a backup of my posts; all is clean there & I can see all the posts from the WP admin site so I am pretty sure my installation & database are not the problem. I have also deactivated all plugins except for Akismet and am using the default WP theme so they should not be the problem either.

   My web host is A2 Hosting and I have a trouble ticket open there but figures posting here might be helpful as well.

   Any ideas?

   You're not using the default them at the moment...

   We got the web host support desk on the line & determined it was an .htaccess configuration error. All is well now.
