after I have done the direction in readme.html, when I run install.php, error 500 came up and a pop-up just came out, how can I fix it?

Bugger... who's the host? I'm willing to bet that they've 1) disabled something that WP needs, and that's causing the 500 error, and 2) they "inject" a popup for advertisers to pay for things (it's one of those freebe sites isn't it?)
