I would try and reset the permalinks.
Your server could have had a glitch too.
Your site looks good over here, though. -

Oh my God i reseted it now i cant change back and everything is messed up
An appropriate representation of the requested resource /wp-admin/options-permalink.php could not be found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Your site still shows up fine over here.
It sounds like something weird is happening though.I would contact your hosting provider and see if they can help.
I would also try and re-install a new version of the wp-admin folder via ftp. That may help.

Can you please tellme how to install new wp-admin without messing it up more? please

All you need to do is download a copy of WordPress. (I see that you have 3.4.2 installed, so that's good).
Unzip the folder and then via FTP, just replace all the files that are in the wp-admin with the new ones.
