Error 404 redirect problem. Cannot access WP site

    None of the forums I have been searching seem to be helping. I am not good with code. My site has been inaccessible for over 48 hours and the host says they think it is a plugin redirect problem. I have no idea how to fix this and I’m not sure even where to find my files that have been backed up. Any suggestions?

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

    – resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
