Error 404 on home page new site

Hello,

My question it’s simple I have my main/home page here but when I click on the english flag to go to the home linked page it generate an “error 404 page not found” while other pages work fine. How do I solve this problem? I’m new to WP and while in other CMS like Drupal the home page is listed with other pages in WP not, so I cannot easily create a related link how I do with other page/post.
