    Hello,
My problem is that when I'm logging in on my home page I get a

Error 404 message. It doesn't do that on other pages. Tried to change theme, going back to default top page, change the permalinks settings back and forth, and other little tricks which used to work. But now, it's as if he home page was somehow erased...

What can i do to solve this mystery?

    Thanks for your help!!

    A) Check your site at Securi, if OK:
    B) Provide site link.

Actually, Securi could not complete the site scan due to the error you noted...

Look at this previous post, re, Timthumb and colorway...

There are other issues noted in this forum about the theme limitations etc.

I would, use an FTP tool or your webhost file manager to rename the colorway folder to old-colorway and try to login (this should then load the default theme)...then contact the theme dev.

Thanks I'll try what you say... but that problem is Not only with Colorway theme.
I activated different themes I had and it gives me the same 404 message for all of them!

So, if it's not the server and not the theme - it's bound to be something in WordPress - I'm not certain but I think I had that problem since 2 or 3 updates. I used to be able to fix it, but this time not.

Change your front page back to posts with the default theme activated and see how that goes...should be OK..then create a new page and set that as the Front Page (again still in default theme)...If that works, try switching themes to yours and see if you have same issue...

Seems like you have your reading settings are incorrectly setup.

Make sure you have the reading settings setup something like given below.
