Error 13

I did a quick search on this and couldn’t find anything on it. I installed WordPress 2.0 on my site the other day. It was working fine up until a few minutes ago when I logged onto my site. It is giving me this error:

It just started doing this tonite. I haven’t done any mods to it other than changing the default graphic a couple days ago. Any ideas what could be causing this? Thanks in advance.
