Erased user account and all post/pages gone

I am new to WordPress.org and am loving it. I made a bad rookie mistake…I needed to delete a user account that was conflicting with my other WP site because the user names where the same. I did not know that deleting the account with the option to erase all posts would erase the pages as well. Now I have lost all the work I put into the site and am dumb founded as to how to restore it. Do I need to buckle down and redo it … NOOOOOOO … or is there a way to restore it …. PLEASE HELP!
