Entire site should be secure but is not

I’ve installed the plugin and I’ve changed the site url to include https, but many of the scripts are still loading as http. I tried using the ‘/’ as a filter in the plugin settings as well.
Theme files and many wp-content files are also being loaded as http. It’s as if WordPress is ignoring that the site url is https….

One thing to note is that the site is hosted with Network Solutions, so the solutions for running SSL are a little limited with them.
