   Hi Everybody,

   I have design contact form under header.php page in my theme.But i can't understand the form action attribute.I have written mail function in same header.php But mail is not send and not give me conformation.

   This is my website link http://cgc.arcscorp.net/ And show here my contact form in side.

   This is my header.php page coding.Here I have define contact form and mail function.Please help me.
