About first issue – please try to update to lates version of Ready! Ecommerce – this problem was in lates wordpress release (3.6).
About images banner – if you mean slider – then you can do it from admin area -> theme options -> slider setup.

Just updated to the latest version of Ready! Ecommerce, problem not fixed. I’m using WordPress 3.5.2 at the moment. Should I upgrade to 3.6?
I already have a slider on my home page. How do I add a banner on top of the slider?
I just realised that it works on Firefox but not on Google Chrome.
I just realised that I can no longer access all other option tabs from Ready! Ecommerce->Options using Google Chrome. It works fine on Firefox.

Did you cleared browser cache? Please, try to do this. Because I checked http://www.springbrother.com.au/product/%E8%8F%A0%E8%8F%9C-1%E6%8D%86 – and product big image work fine now.
