Our plugin does enable non-English language. This plugin is just a way to extend the ContactUs.com web app. To enable a non-English form, go from the plugin to the ContactUs.com admin panel, and go to custom fields template. This module enables you to modify header text, field labels, placeholder text and button text. We’ve made the admin panel one-click accessible from the plugin. Sorry you had a hard time finding it.
