English language index of localised MO files?

Hi,

Is there an official English language index of all the available MO files? I’ve found these two links:

http://svn.automattic.com/wordpress-i18n/

The first is helpful but only links off to sites in the respective languages. I fully understand this, but if I have a foreign client (eg arabic or turkish) I can’t read the arabic or turkish web pages to find the appropriate links!

In the second it is a little unclear where to find the MO files. In the end it appears they are in the “rosetta” folder although the Arabic one is empty and the turkish one is incomplete (this is fine – as long as I know that this is the “best/latest” version available).

Given that most information on wordpress.org is actually in English it would be helpful if there was an official index, in English, with links to all the currently available MO files.
