Endless loop, can't access the dashboard

    I accidentally changed both site URL in the settings folder to reflect my new site and now my browser isn’t showing my website (www.gehringdancetheatre.org) and isn’t allowing me to get to the login panel to get back in to the dashboard to correct it. Any ideas?
