Encoding problems? Please take a look see

Hey all, just recently switched hosts, backed up my SQL files properly and all… but now my posts are full of question marks interspersed between select works.

not sure how it’s selecting the words..

Has this happened to anyone before? I read about some SQL encoding problems but I’m not exactly sure what it is.. so I didn’t want to change anything just yet.

I’ve posted all posts onto my main page so you can see at winpoka.com – it’s about half way down the page that the ? marks start to arise… It’s just going to look to Google as though I copied that text from someplace else.. dont want to get penalized! Not to mention it’s annoying as anything to read through! Thanks for all your help.
