Hi, I use WP 3.0.3 on byethost.com, my site has W3 Total Cache with about 10 other plug-ins, including Highlight, Google Sitemap XML, Syntax Highlight, Delete Revision,...

W3 Total Cache is great, but every I access dashboard I only get blank page. (I've checked by turning on and off each plug-in one by one). I got a way around it: access the dashboard by other section, such as "posts" or "comments". All the main function of the dashboard can be shown that way, but if I can normally access dashboard that would be much better.

Did you check your PHP error log for notifications like lack of memory?

I don't know how to check PHP log for error but I think it's not related to error like lack of memory. For example when I access dashboard by this link: http://mysite.com/wp-admin/edit-comments.php, I still can manage the functions. It only show blank page if I access: http://mysite.com/wp-admin/

The error log is quite relevant, please ask your host how to access/review it.
