   Does anyone know an easy way to get the spam queue to empty more frequently?

   I've noticed certain parts of my site (particularly the dashboard) seem to run a lot faster when I don't have thousands of spam comments in my database. But I don't want to be always manually emptying them.

   try installing a couple of plugins to stop the spam

   for a mass delete
