Empty Page After Password Sent

I just installed WordPress, and after the password was generated and sent, I went to the login page. However, the page is not merely blank but empty (it has no content when I view the page source).
When I go to http://www.e-easel.org/artifice/wp-admin/ it redirects me to http://www.e-easel.org/artifice/wp-login.php?redirect_to=%2Fartifice%2Fwp-admin%2F and stops.
When I go to http://www.e-easel.org/artifice/wp-login.php it just stays there (and the page is also empty).
When I go to http://www.e-easel.org/artifice/ I can see that the setup was successful.
What could be causing the empty page?
