    Hi Hugh,

The plugin is great thus far (just recently installed 1.7.3). However, I'm having one major problem. I'm not getting a feed. It's empty. The feed link is: http://www.runnymedechurch.org/?feed=podcast

All data has been entered in the plugin settings including correct iTunes categories. Not sure what could be causing this.

If you could have a quick look it would be much appreciated.

    Thanks
    Steve

    Your feed is indeed empty.

You might check the FAQs for some suggestions such as making sure you don't have two different plugins for podcasting competing with each other.

    Thanks TedKihm,

In fact, I just discovered this morning that the plugin has an unresolvable conflict with the theme.

    Will have to abandon it.

    Thanks

    Hi Steve,

I'd very interested to know what your unresolvable conflict is - with very few exceptions, all conflicts should be resolvable somehow, so I'd love to be able to sort this out if possible.

    Thanks,
    Hugh

    Hi Hugh,

Sorry - should have clarified. It's not an issue with your plugin. Turned out the theme had a built-in podcast feed buried in a sub-menu. This was conflicting with SSP and the result was an empty feed.

I've had to go with the built-in feature though I preferred SSP.

    Thanks
    Steve

Thanks for letting me know - pity it turned out that way, but that's just another reason why functionality shouldn't be included in the theme :)
