I really should have made my own theme, but I'm way too lazy for that, so I did some serious hacking on the emire theme that came out a few days ago. You can see a thumbnail of the original theme here

I don't have any real content up, but I've got a bunch of filler so you all can tell what everything looks like
I liked the original theme a lot but yours is not bad either. Some tips for improvement: make the menu go all the way down and align the text in the 'posted in' box.

fixed. sidebar goes to the bottom. couldn't remember if there was css that forced it to go all the way down, so I made the wrapper background grey, and then made the content background white.
any other ways of doing that?
