emergency.. please help

    hi team. i just tried to change my domain the Permalink Settings and the general to my domain website name. out of no where, it crashed. please help. urgent. it was actuall ip/~ramesh but its now giving error as ip/~kebaya

    error:
    404 Not Found
    The server can not find the requested page:

    37.59.175.202/~kebaya/wp-login.php?redirect_to=http%3A%2F%2F37.59.175.202%2F%7Eramesh%2Fwp-admin%2Foptions-permalink.php&reauth=1 (port 80)

    just for info, the change did not take place. it was showing error. so i did not change the permalink or the general domain place
