   Hi,
   Thanks for your reply.
   I can't believe the trouble I'm having solving this problem.

   All i want to do is take one of my videos from my desktop and insert it into a wordpress post.

   I don't want to use tube, and when i insert the video from the insert media bits, all it does is insert a download link, for the viewer to download it to their desktop, not play the video!
