   I have made a flash video for my website, i have saved it in .swf and .swf+html

   I have tried multiple things including using the the add media/video button on the word press visual side.

   I cannot figure out how to embed the flash into my welcome page.

   Please help.

   You should upload the video into youtube since wordpress has a file limit plus it would slow down your site anyway. try using after you upload your video into youtube <?php echo do_shortcode('[youtube_sc url=YOUR VIDEO GOES HERE width=500 rel=0 fs=1]
